Yoga for the Menopause
This is a five week course designed to support women facing the changes of the peri/menopause.
- Five week course – 75 minutes per week.
- In addition to learning about breathing practices and meditation, we will also briefly explore some of the background to yoga and the benefits of meditation practice.
- Week One: Strength Increasing
- Week Two: Mood Improving
- Week Three: Sleep Inducing
- Week Four: Cool Making
- Week Five: Freedom Bringing
- Beginner experience required

Yoga for Watersports
This workshop is designed for kitesurfers, windsurfers, surfers and paddleboarders.
- 2.5 hour workshop
- Covering what we need to stretch, why we need to stretch it and which poses to use to do this.
- Including a ten minute pre water stretch and post water stretch and a thirty minute practice to use regularly to keep you in tune.
- We will also go through how using breathing practices and meditation can help build your ability.
- No experience required.

Active Meditation
This course suits being run online as it means you can really run wild in the comfort of your own home.
- Four week course – 60 minutes per week.
- Active meditation is wonderful. Often meditation can seem a very serious business but by using dance, talking gibberish, singing and humming, you can turn it into a thing of joyful fun.
- I tend to choose the practices each week so don’t set out a programme as such.
- We will go through some background and the benefits of using this type of meditation and explore a different meditation each week.
- No experience required.

Whilst meditation is usually for all, if you suffer from migraine or have epilepsy that’s triggered by flickering lights, then you could use a still object or mandala instead of a candle flame. For those with recent eye surgery the single gaze meditation is not recommended.
